Processing transactions and online support
If you're an STRS Ohio Defined Contribution or Combined Plan member, you can change your asset allocation online. For online support, call the NRS Service Center. For questions about this site, you can email us. If you need to have your online password reset, you must call the NRS Service Center.

If you've decided which retirement plan is best for you, complete the Retirement Plan Selection Form included with your selection packet and mail it to:
